Overall the boys basketball team is having a great season so far. They’re currently 5-1 they sadly lost to San Leandro Valley 80-69 but it was their first game, other than that they have not lost yet and with hard motivation they are on the roll to win many more games. In the past two weeks the boys basketball team has won two tournaments one in antelope (sacramento) and in antioch. Two games our school is looking forward too for the boys basketball game are Alhambra high school which is a home game and Clayton Valley Charter which is an away game.

    One of the key players to this season is Zion Pullin who was named MVP of this month. Zion is leading the team with 20 points and 7 assets he was 3 assets from a double double. Other players who Zion believes are another asset to the team are Diego Paredes and Dennis Pomazanov. We asked Zion how he thinks he is playing so far this season and he said “ I'm doing alright but I could be playin better”. Boys Basketball team is having a great season and with great practices and hard work they will continue to have many more wins!
