IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB
College Park High School hosts our sports and conditioning camps to provide a fun, skill-based experience for our local youth. Young athletes of all skill levels are invited to work with our coaching staff to get in shape and hone their athletic skills in a variety of different sports. Hard work pays off! Train this summer and enjoy the benefits during the upcoming season.
Our summer camps will run in June, July and August. All campers will need to have a completed ACTIVITY WAIVER FORM which must be turned in on the first day of camp. For more information please contact Coach Keck at firstname.lastname@example.org
Campers will focus on developing strength, agility and speed. The class incorporates a wide variety of training tools including free weights, plyometrics, bands, ropes, ladder, med balls and more.
